My reading {june}

Eccoci ad un nuovo appuntamento con la rubrica delle mie letture del mese. Come sapete questi 30 giorni sono stati a dir poco infernali per i numerosi e pesanti impegni di lavoro e anche le mie letture sono state ridotte drasticamente. Spero comunque troviate qualche spunto interessante!

1. Strepitoso, poetico, pieno di ispirazioni creative e di colore: il nuovo numero di Heart Home Magazine - Summer 2013 (e non crediate finisca così... presto sul blog le case che mi hanno più colpito, anche perchè adoro fare le recensioni dei magazine!)

2. La collezione creata dalla designer Paola Navone per Anthropologie: bianco e nero grafico, colori accesi e brillanti, oggetti divertenti e di fascino

3. Una casa sul mare a Cape Town, ed è subito vacanza! Tanto bianco e materiali naturali, disposizioni di arredi semplici e funzionali. Una casa da sogno, perfetta per rilassarsi (sospiro...)

4. Carta e tanta fantasia: un sito perfetto per crafter e paper addicted da visitare solo se avete tanto tempo!

5. Dal network degli Home Style Blogs (di cui vi ho parlato qui) la newsletter n.3: tante idee e ispirazioni sul design e sull'arredamento.

Here comes the latest entry in the column of my reading of the month. As you know these 30 days have been hellish for the many and heavy work commitments and also my reading have been reduced drastically. But I hope you find something interesting!

1. Amazing, poetic, full of creative inspirations and color: the new issue of Heart Home Magazine - Summer 2013 (and don't think ending this way. Soon on the blog the houses have most impressed me)

3. A beach house in Cape Town, and is immediately holiday! Lots of white and natural materials, simple and functional furniture. A dream home, perfect for relaxing
4. Paper and imagination: a perfect site for crafter and paper addicted to visit only if you have a long time!
5. From the network of Home Style Blogs (of which I have spoken here) Newsletter # 3: lots of ideas and inspirations on design and interiors.

My reading {may}

Come vi avevo annunciato maggio è stato un mese impegnativo e purtroppo ho dovuto sacrificare molto del tempo che di norma dedico al blog e, di fatto, alla mia passione. Inutile dire che mi dispiace molto ma cerco di vedere il lato positivo e pensare che questa sia una fase transitoria che mi aiuti ad avere un nuovo approccio, a portare nuovi contenuti e nuovi modi di raccontare il mondo dell'interior.
Nel frattempo, visto che non sono mai contenta, ho anche pensato ad alcune modifiche e piccoli progetti da fare in casa e, aspettando la bella stagione che non arriva, quindi nel mese di giugno di dedicherò anche a questo.
Tutto questo per dirvi che, come avete già capito, non sarò molto assidua ma spero che manteniate la voglia di seguirmi! Vi dico già che se passate di qui la prossima settimana troverete sul blog un'intervista molto interessante!

1. Ispirazioni nordiche, raffinate, eleganti e razionali, in questa casa sul fiume, dove ogni finestra è un quadro e ogni spazio è funzionale. La palette di colori neutra del bianco, grigio e legno suggerisce atmosfere rilassanti e pace;

2. le sfumature dal glicine al lavanda di questa graziosissima casa di Londra. Mobili vintage e scelte cromatiche molto indicate. Graziosissimo lo spazio esterno, un rifugio che ricorda molto di più una casa in campagna.

3. sognando l'apertura italiana di H&M Home e delle sue collezioni... Pic Nic Style per questa estate: accessori colorati e versatili per vivere all'aria aperta!

4. il mio pin preferito: la semplicità decorativa di una bottiglia di vetro nella casa di Yvonne.

5. Una dura battaglia, tra i colori pastello e quelli fluo: meravigliosa collezione di immagini e ispirazioni curata da Serena. Chi vincerà?

As I announced May was a busy month and unfortunately I had to sacrifice a lot of the time it normally dedicate to my blog and my passion. Needless to say that I'm very sorry but I try to see the positive side and think that this is a transitional phase that helps me to have a new approach to bring new content and new ways of telling the world of interior.
In the meantime, since I do not stop ever, I also thought about some changes and small projects to do at home and then, waiting for the summer that does not come, in the month of June I will dedicate even to this.
All this to tell you that, as you have already guessed, I'm not very constant, but I hope that you maintain the desire to follow me! I tell you that if you passe by here on the blog next week you will find a very interesting interview!

My reading {april}

Dal mese di maggio, cioè da oggi, inizia per me un percorso lavorativo molto impegnativo ma sicuramente gratificante; questo significa che dovrò sacrificare un po' del tempo che dedico al blog, che come avrete già notato è sempre piuttosto altalenante.
La scrittura di un post non è per nulla facile nè veloce. Occorre voler raccontare, saper elaborare e, a volte argomentare, curare l'aspetto grafico, riuscire a cogliere l'attenzione di chi ci legge senza perdere spontaneità e soprattutto mantenere la propria impronta personale, la propria identità. E' una cosa che si inizia ad capire con il tempo e soprattutto non si smette mai di imparare. Perchè vi dico questo? Perchè gli impegni di lavoro che dovrò affrontare a breve mi hanno fatto pensare a che direzione avrei dovuto prendere con il blog: lascio perdere? (non ci penso proprio), cambio modo di scrivere? (idem come prima), imparo a scrivere post più facili da realizzare? (questo comunque non mi farebbe male)... E così ho preso spunto da alcune rubriche che leggo spesso nei blog preferiti e ho pensato di riassumere mensilmente (facciamo periodicamente perchè tanto so già che non rispetterò la scadenza...) le mie letture più interessanti, quelle che avrebbero potuto diventare post ma non lo sono diventati...
