Rie Elise Larsen

Ho conosciuto la designer danese Rie Elise Larsen un po' di tempo fa su Decor8 e sono rimasta incantata dalle sue bellissime creazioni. Prima che me lo chiediate ....purtroppo i suoi lavori non sono venduti in Italia. Ci sono negozi in Francia, in Spagna, non parliamo del nord Europa, ma in Italia nulla....Ovviamente ci sono un bel po' di webshop che trattano i suoi prodotti ma ammetto di non aver fatto ancora un check per verificare se qualcuno effettua spedizioni anche in Italia.

Il modo con cui lavora la carta mi ha affascinato e i video pubblicati nel suo blog sono meravigliosi.




Proprio oggi sono tornata a visitarla per prendere qualche spunto per il week end: con alcune mie amiche (abbastanza pazze e masochiste quanto me) abbiamo deciso di trascorre il sabato pomeriggio piovoso che ci attende facendo dei piccoli laboratori creativi per i nostri figli, facendogli realizzare alcune decorazioni di Natale. Ovviamente non possiamo pretendere che i nostri cuccioli, tra i 3 e i 6 anni, possano replicare le creazioni di Rie Elise, ma l'ispirazione è consentita, no?


Non potevo non mostrarvi anche casa sua, proprio a tema natalizio!

I have known the Rie Elise Larsen Danish designer some time ago on Decor8 and I was enchanted by her beautiful creations. Before you ask me .... unfortunately her works are not sold in Italy. There are stores in France, Spain, let alone northern Europe, but in Italy nothing .... Obviously there are a lot 'of webshop dealing with her products but I admit to not having even a check to see if they carry shipments in Italy.

The way she works with paper fascinated me and videos posted on her blog are wonderful.

Just today I went to visit it to get some ideas for the weekend: with some of my friends (pretty crazy and masochistic as I do) we decided to spend the rainy Saturday afternoon ahead of us making small creative labs for our children, doing make some Christmas decorations. Obviously we can not expect our puppies, between 3 and 6 years, can replicate the creations of Rie Elise, but the inspiration is allowed, right?
I could not even show her home, just a Christmas theme! Enjoy it!
